Ayb Foundation has not received any official concluding statement from the Ministry of Education and Science (MES); the impartiality of the audit conducted by the MES questioned.
The RA Ministry of Education and Science has again demonstrated the same modus operandi by publicly presenting their evaluative opinion prior to officially submitting any finalized audit findings on the Araratian Baccalaureate Program. Today, eight months later, history repeats itself.
The RA Ministry of Education and Science has submitted no official or written conclusion on either the audit or its findings to the Ayb Educational Foundation to date. To disseminate audit-related information without giving opportunity to the audited party to express their opinion or comment calls into question the auditor’s impartiality and findings. Over the past eight months, a large amount of misinformation has been spread about the Araratian Baccalaureate Program to be later refuted by those who spread them. The program has been suspended without examination or public hearings, and the Ministry seems to be trying to retroactively “justify” its closure. As we await the audit findings, we remain ready to express our standpoint and provide substantiations required for all “problematic” issues.
Meanwhile, we invite you to get acquainted with the history of the creation of the Araratian Baccalaureate and with other facts relating to it via this video as it sheds light on a number of questions.
