Through its Formula for Success platform and master classes, the Ayb Educational Foundation enables people of various ages, interests and preferences to accrue new knowledge and apply it to create their own formula for success.
On June 22, AGBU Armenia, in cooperation with skill.am, hosted an event under the title “Women Power.” For the third time within the project platform, successful women took the stage, featuring Karine Chibukhchyan, founder of Haze Center, Ani Hovakimyan, Executive Director of Figaro restaurant network, and Iveta Mukuchyan, singer, songwriter, actress and model. The platform brought together women who, apart from their numerous similarities and differences, share the following characteristics: they are brave, love their occupation and fight for its success.
In Karine Chibukhchyan’s opinion, one should find balance between family and work, without being afraid to take up any initiative or change or to find oneself in a new environment. Upon her return from Moscow, she was able to pave her path toward her aim. Ani Hovakimyan advised to work and do it the best one can; her key to success is her full commitment to any initiative she undertakes. Singer Iveta Mukuchyan shared about the path to her musical career; she outlined that, despite the exterior glitz and glamour of show business, it has days of hard work and toil on the inner side.
Personal stories, including those on failures and difficulties, help most to understand what should be avoided and what progress paths to pursue. The numerous questions addressed to the speakers revealed that the event participants were inspired by the new ideas and stories and were ready to take full ownership of them.
It's been the 31st time since the Ayb Educational Foundation, with support from its Formula for Success speakers, has organized master classes for people and particularly youth aiming at professionalism and self-actualization.
The Foundation extends its gratitude to AGBU Armenia, Garun Cafe, Ankyun Italian Home Restaurant, GITELIQ Creative Forum, and Kars Folk Song and Dance Ensemble for their support to Women Power project.
