By using the website's (www.foundation.ayb.am) donation system you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully.
 
The terms "Ayb" and "We" refer to the owner of this website (hereafter referred to as "Website"), the Ayb Educational Foundation (hereafter referred to as "Foundation") registered in RA (TIN 01558429). The term "you" refers to the users and visitors of this website.
 
The Foundation reserves the right to make changes to the content of this Website, its Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions from time to time.
 
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

You must ensure that the details provided by you while making donation or at any time are correct and complete.

When you visit the Website or send Us emails, you are communicating with us electronically. We communicate with you by email or by posting notices on the Website. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically.
 
The Ayb Educational Foundation sends its benefactors emails with the content as follows: 
• a confirmation email for your payments, with detailed information, and a cancellation letter in case of problems related to the donation;
• promotional messages, in case you are subscribed to our mailing list (for subscription please follow the link).

Certain links in this Website will lead to websites which are not under the control of the Foundation. When any of these links is activated you will leave https://foundation.ayb.am/en/.
 
These Terms and Conditions do not apply to your use of the unaffiliated websites that you visit by using the links found in https://foundation.ayb.am/en/.

Website Liability
Your donation made at the Website is considered accepted when you receive email confirmation sent by Us which includes all the details of the donation. 
That email is a contract between you and the Website and this policy is considered to be an integral part of it. From that moment on, the donation is considered to be committed. 
 
After the completion of the donation process, the amount of your donation will be managed by the Foundation.
 
The Foundation will not be held responsible for any delay or failure in case it occurs after the receipt of donation due to emergency circumstances that are beyond Our reasonable control and that could not be predicted or overcome by Us.
 
If any of these Terms and Conditions is determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term or condition will to that extent be severed from the remaining Terms and Conditions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
